Chris Harris pitched a 5-hitter and Ryan Beebe smacked a home run as Ocean City defeated Millville, 5-2, in Cape-Atlantic League baseball this afternoon. It was the Raiders' first victory after six straight losses. Millville dropped its fourth straight after starting the season with six consecutive wins.

OCHS trailed, 2-1, after five innings but scored four times in the bottom of the sixth for the win. Ocean City hosts Oakcrest on Thursday and Millville visits Absegami Thursday.

In softball, Millville beat Ocean City, 2-1, in nine innings this afternoon. It was the fifth straight loss for the Raiders, who started the season with a win. They visit Oakcrest on Thursday.
