Keith Corcoran, Dustin Thomas Move Up In CAL Football
Senior running back Keith Corcoran of St. Joseph and sophomore quarterback Dustin Thomas of St. Augustine Prep have assumed the lead after three weeks in rushing yards and passing efficiency, respectively, among Cape-Atlantic League players.
Corcoran and Dominique Williams of Bridgeton both moved ahead of Holy Spirit's William Washington in rushing yards, though they have played three games and Washington only two. Mainland's Ron Moody has the most rushing yards among American Conference backs.
Thomas jumped to the top in passing with a 4-TD game against Jackson Liberty. EHT's Tim Little and Todd Busler of Atlantic City, who will face each other on Friday night, are the top two in the American Conference.
Atlantic City's Bill Reid holds on to the top spot in receiving yards with Middle's Bill Hodgdon leading the National receivers.
