Vineland outscored Ocean City, 15-4, in the first six minutes of the second half and came from behind to defeat the Raiders tonight, 55-42. The loss eliminated OCHS from possibly qualifying for the NJSIAA Group 3 Tournament. The Raiders had qualified three straight years.

John Fogarty and Chris Harris each scored 11 points with Chris Curran grabbing 8 rebounds and Bud Johnson contributing 8 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists.

Marcus Ware, a 6-7 junior, had 19 points, 13 rebounds, 3 steals and 2 blocks for Vineland.
